Liverpool City Council’s Regeneration Department has a track-record of delivering ambitious, large scale projects that has revitalised the city’s economy and repositioned Liverpool as a major international destination.
The department is led by a team of regeneration, planning and legal experts who have overseen award-winning schemes with both public and private sector partners, from the redevelopment of Liverpool Football Club, the build of 12 news schools in just five years and the creation of an innovative housing development company.
Given this crucial role that the department plays in the future shape of Liverpool, we were delighted to recently work with them to develop a new visual identity and website that will engage a global audience of investors, developers and wider stakeholders.
A rapid creative development process saw us develop a new visual identity that conveyed a sense of progress, with a subtle nod to the structural nature of regeneration projects. This was then translated into a highly visual, responsive website that acts as the gateway to over £13billion of regeneration schemes taking place in the city. The site showcases the key development zones, projects and services that the department is leading, in addition to a dedicated area for key blogs and news articles to be carried.
